Early on the teams meet to discuss the theme for the upcoming edition and hash out creative concepts and designs based on the theme, current trends. Mixed with a local flavor and vibe we make sure to bring it all together: global appeal with the local feel.
Once the theme and design direction are clear, the team plans out the marketing strategy for the period leading up to and right after the conference. Even though the focus is heavily on online and internet marketing such as social media, mailings, live-streaming, online ads, etc., we incorporate traditional marketing to complement the online efforts.
